One area of Zoetic research is measuring and understanding peace in the workplace. Why would sense of peace even matter when it comes to work? Because research shows that quality work happens when employees feel safe and calm. A sense of peace at work reduces unnecessary stress and cognitive load, and positions employees to innovative, learn, be more efficient, and do their best work.
Organizations are invited to engage in our peace study, that we call PAWS or Peace At Work Score. Zoetic Evaluation will collect anonymous responses, aggregate, and analyze the data. Using factor analysis, we will share results.
